I’m currently working as Lead Developer of the Star Schools project at the K20 Center, a parter of the University of Oklahoma. We are creating ambitious educational online games.

I recently graduated and have now found that it is a neigh endless battle to fill the gaps left by my college ‘education.’ I received various degrees from my studies in Computer Science, Mathematics, and Japanese.

If I’m not developing games at work, I’m likely playing or developing them at home as well. It’s been my hobby longer than anything else, aside from perhaps making up ridiculous stories. I also travel frequently as where I’m going is usually more exciting than where I’ve been.

Just stumbled upon a little piece of travel advice from those at Google.  I knew they were green, but this is a bit silly.  Look particularly close at step #23 and you will see what I mean.

New Site Design (Contest?)

So, as promised, we have some new prospective site designs courtesy of Chris Hernandez. They look promising, but what does everyone else think? We need as much feedback as possible.

Also, we are considering altering the forums.  We’re looking into at least changing to a different system (with a new theme as well), or perhaps […]

Americans Dumber than Ever

VDare has an article giving yet more exposure to what many have already noticed, but too few have tried to do anything about. Public education is a farce, and the industry knows it.  Test scores are falling, standards are sinking, and the budget is increasing. It’s obvious that the current measures being taken by the […]
