a follow up on kim jong il and his big bunnies

It seems kim jong il went and ate the 22 lb rabbits that were supposed to be bread for food. Not surprising, and this article indicates that it is primarily speculation currently. However it wouldn’t be the first time the dictator has kept something for himself that was supposed to benefit his people.

300 workout

Here is a video explaining the workout which was used as a rite of passage for the actors in the 300, this is freakin’ hardcore, evidently a lot of these guys had this workout down under twenty minutes which is retarded fast.
