OUTulsa IT much more effective

I was trying to access a few things from my laptop in Tulsa, and could not connect to certain resources, it seems that their wireless network blocks the ports that most instant messengers and Hamachi operates on, kudos to you OUTulsa, I’m going to have to think of a better way to out skunk you.
